Order Cancellation

This can definitely be done, for whatsoever reason you decide to cancel your order, it is extremely critical to see when this is done, there are two scenarios:

  • Scenario 1– If the bicycle not been shipped from our warehouse, you can easily cancel your order and you will receive a full refund, just go to your profile on mitrasbikes.com and cancel the order.
  • Scenario 2– If the bicycle has been shipped from our warehouse and you wish to decide to cancel your order, then you will have to wait for the bicycle to reach the inputted delivery address. On reception you will have to go to mitrasbikes.com, talk to our chat executive and give them the billing information. We will inform our logistics partner collects the bicycle, and once the bicycle is safely back in our warehouse, we will refund the total amount of the bicycle minus the amount to transport the package back from your delivery address. We will share the logistics invoice as well to clear all ambiguity.


When you buy a cycle from us, you buy into us. We will be there for all your immediate and future needs. Please ready the warranty document to understand the warranty terms and conditions. If you wish to apply for a refund in case of manufacturing defect please get in touch with us at support@mitrasbikes.com.

Note: Any Bicycle Box will not be returned without the original packaging, in assembled / semi-assembled form. If in case you receive a bicycle / accessory in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 10 days of the delivery of the product.

Note: We would like to advise you to not give the delivery address at hotels and other transit locations. Any orders made to hotels and other transit locations, are entirely at the risk of the client. Therefore we regret to inform you that Mitras Bikes cannot accept any liability for orders that fail to arrive or have damages, while being delivered at hotels and transit locations. However, we will deliver them where you want them.
